About Us
Looking Back...
In April 1976, Frank Greiner started his own welding business in a one-car garage in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania. The company grew quickly, due to the quality and variety of work performed. Within two years, Mr. Greiner constructed a 30,000 square foot shop, along PA Route 230 near Elizabethtown, to consolidate the welding, custom metal fabrication, and millwrighting operations. Blasting and painting facilities were soon added. Mr. Greiner purchased his first crane in 1978 to provide turnkey service for his customers. The hydraulic crane, a 15-ton Galion, allowed the company to greatly expand its millwrighting capabilities. By 1986, the company was again on the move. Mr. Greiner purchased more than 45 acres along PA Route 283 between Mount Joy and Elizabethtown. An office, machine shop and 60,000 square foot fabrication shop were erected; followed by another steel bay to make girders, duct work, pressure vessels, storage silos and a myriad of other customer needs. In 1989, a separate blasting and painting facility and a vehicle maintenance garage were added.
Today, the company remains as committed as ever to its position as an industry leader.
